Crossover Veterans LAWNMOWER DETH release first new album in 29 years !!!

Crossover Veterans LAWNMOWER DETH have just released their first new album in 29 years, "Blunt Cutters" !
Formed back in 1987, LAWMOWER DETH released 3 albums between 1990 and 1994 on EARACHE Records, as well as a couple of demos, singles, split-release with METAL DUCK. Their 1991 single "Kids In America" including.. Yes, that's it - KIM WILDE's cover "Kids In America" was actually well-acclaimed and the band gained alot of attention/recognition ! The band reunited in 2008 and teamed up with KIM WILDE for their 2017 holiday single "F U Kristmas!".

2022 - LAWMOWER DETH have just released "Blunt Cutters" on DISSONANCE Records including 18 catchy songss that definitely don't take themselves too seriously. The production sounds straight out of the late '80s / early '90s thrash era, and it embraces the skate punk vibe that LAWMOWER DETH picked up later on too. For sure one more FUN record !

Born 1969, grew up with the NWOBHM sounds, musically educated with cult french magazines that were ENFER and METAL ATTACK, definitely nailed to the style when "The Number Of The Beast" by IRON MAIDEN was released... From 1982, it was clear life would never be the same ! Young & getting wild to the HEAVY sounds of SAXON, VENOM, BLACK SABBATH, MOTORHEAD, Young Fab also discovered thanks to school mates the NOISE, FILTH & FURY of Hard-Core/Punk bands like G.B.H, DISCHARGE, BROKEN BONES but also CRO-MAGS, BAD BRAINS, FUGAZI... and later on, through the 90's, everything that was ALTERNATIVE, EXPERIMENTAL, GRUNGE, INDUSTRIAL (SONIC YOUTH, NINE INCH NAILS, SOUDGARDEN, ALICE IN CHAINS)... Passion & curiosity grew up as years went by ... Fate was SEALED... no turning back ! No Music = No Life !
