The trio from Athens (positively) insist on offering a nervous, catchy and spirited music at the crossroads of energetic rock, pop-punk with influences as much jazz as punk, funk... or garage rock with progressive touches... With this “fusion” style, THE VULCAN ITCH takes you far away without ever losing you, some well thought-out, sophisticated arrangements rub shoulders with very groovy riffs, all on a very energetic rock base with experimental touches here and there... But throughout these 10 tracks, THE VULCAN ITCH never ceases to want to get to the heart of the matter, to the point. The priority is impulsivity, instinct, the primal need to express pure, raw emotions... you have to expel, shout out your anxieties, fears, thoughts and other reflections on life and the human condition - subjects well addressed in the band's lyrics...
