Danish power thrash force EXELERATE unleash their new video and single, “The Madness”: a relentless dive into the shadowy corners of the human mind. Fueled by piercing riffs, lightning-speed solos, and blistering high vocals, the track captures the inner torment of depressive rumination, that quiet war between sanity and the pull of darkness. It’s fast, aggressive, and uncomfortably real.

Forged in the heart of Denmark’s metal underground, Exelerate blends the precision of prog with the fury of thrash and the grandeur of power metal. With a sound that channels the old-school spirit while carving out something unmistakably modern, they’ve created a sonic identity that’s both brutal and intricate, built to erupt on stage and stick in your mind long after.

After Exelerate’s self-titled debut album, out in 2023 via From The Vaults, “The Madness” kicks off a new chapter for the Danes, ahead of a new album announcement. The madness is here. And it sounds glorious.

Born 1969, grew up with the NWOBHM sounds, musically educated with cult french magazines that were ENFER and METAL ATTACK, definitely nailed to the style when "The Number Of The Beast" by IRON MAIDEN was released... From 1982, it was clear life would never be the same ! Young & getting wild to the HEAVY sounds of SAXON, VENOM, BLACK SABBATH, MOTORHEAD, Young Fab also discovered thanks to school mates the NOISE, FILTH & FURY of Hard-Core/Punk bands like G.B.H, DISCHARGE, BROKEN BONES but also CRO-MAGS, BAD BRAINS, FUGAZI... and later on, through the 90's, everything that was ALTERNATIVE, EXPERIMENTAL, GRUNGE, INDUSTRIAL (SONIC YOUTH, NINE INCH NAILS, SOUDGARDEN, ALICE IN CHAINS)... Passion & curiosity grew up as years went by ... Fate was SEALED... no turning back ! No Music = No Life !
