BAAAAAM - from the first notes, this is MASSIVE, IMPRESSIVE and as EFFICIENT - as if MIKE TYSON was punching you right in the face ! If I didn't know the band was from France, I'd have thought they were from NYC, so much their influences are to be sought on bands like AGNOSTIC FRONT, MADBALL, CRO-MAGS.. I guess you now see a bit clearer about the musical direction - right ?
You get it - Short titles that alternate uppercuts, right hooks, left hooks, relentlessly, leaving no rest for the listener - that's fast pure straight ahead hardcore, with street punk influences (much more than "metal" influences) with kinda "mosh" parts here & there - you really can feel that typical HARDCORE energy and this makes you feel really alive & kicking ! These are only 4 songs, but it's enough to convince you of the band's potential, it is obvious the guys are experimented at what they do, they're no newcomers & their abilities to write catchy songs is not to be proven - rhythmicals are neck-breaking, guitar work is impressive, cool singalong parts as well and the vocal style fits the style perfectly - brutal angry voice with always a concern for melody !
Lyrically it deals with human and society's problem - nothing surprising though - but they are reflections of our everyday lives and it pushes to stay positive no matter how hard or difficult life can be !
To sum-up.. it's hard to believe this is the band's first release, so the potential is HUGE ! I just can't wait to hear more new songs, as I'm sure they'll confirm my impressions there.. If you're looking for a stunning new Hard-Core band, look no further, you got one to enjoy & support !

Born 1969, grew up with the NWOBHM sounds, musically educated with cult french magazines that were ENFER and METAL ATTACK, definitely nailed to the style when "The Number Of The Beast" by IRON MAIDEN was released... From 1982, it was clear life would never be the same ! Young & getting wild to the HEAVY sounds of SAXON, VENOM, BLACK SABBATH, MOTORHEAD, Young Fab also discovered thanks to school mates the NOISE, FILTH & FURY of Hard-Core/Punk bands like G.B.H, DISCHARGE, BROKEN BONES but also CRO-MAGS, BAD BRAINS, FUGAZI... and later on, through the 90's, everything that was ALTERNATIVE, EXPERIMENTAL, GRUNGE, INDUSTRIAL (SONIC YOUTH, NINE INCH NAILS, SOUDGARDEN, ALICE IN CHAINS)... Passion & curiosity grew up as years went by ... Fate was SEALED... no turning back ! No Music = No Life !
